PC Check Up ($75.00 per PC)
We will come to your location, and perform industry-standard checks for virus, spyware,
and other malicious software (even those that claim to be anti-virus, etc!). Additionally,
we will a standard perform clean-up of your hard drive and a physical cleaning of your
computer inside and out (caution: this should be done by a professional). And, of course,
answering your questions.
This is for up to 1 1/2 hours of time from arrival.
Full Computer Setup ($100.00 per PC)
We will come to your location and professionally setup your computer out-of-the-box,
ensuring proper connections and setup for basic security. We will also setup connection
to your current internet service provider (no ISP included) with the settings or
software you provide. Of course, answering your questions is included.
This is for up to 1 1/2 hours of time from arrival.
Home (Office) Network Installation ($130.00, up to 3 network devices)
We will come to your location and professionally setup your provided network equipment
according to industry best-practices and manufacturer's recommendations. If requested,
we will ensure your network provides access to your current internet service provider
(no ISP included) with the equipment provided by you or your ISP. We always answer your
questions.
This is for up to 1 1/2 hours of time from arrival.

provide you with on-call professional support over the phone or on-site when you need it.

Our on-site professionals are fully trained to provide your computer and network needs
and answer your questions in plain English. They are here to personally guide you in
setting up your computer and network or simply giving your computer its recommended
checkup every three months. Of course, we are ready to be there in case of emergencies.
